The company is a retailer of top brand named watches, jewellery and also a specialist watch repair business operating from 8 shopping centre sites. The buying team is passionate about 'brands'. We have selected the very best in the latest watches, jewellery and accessories with names such as POLICE, DIESEL, DKNY, D&G, GUESS and TED BAKER. Most products on the website are readily available from our own stock levels within our branches.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart, then click on 'Checkout' where a few simple details will be asked so as to complete your order.
Delivery issues
Free Delivery to all UK credit/debit card billing addresses. Small carriage charge to non UK addresses. Orders are usually received between 1-3 working days in accordance with Royal Mail services,. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via a durable medium quoting a new delivery date at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you are not happy with the time quoted. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail either first class 'Signed For' or Royal Mail 'Special Delivery', a signature is required on receipt. Impressive Time aims to despatch orders one the same day, once they have successfully cleared the payment facility.
Pricing Policy
Impressive Time's pricing policy is to be competitive at all times. By constantly researching the marketplace our team will make continuous adjustments to our price offers. Impressive Time may not always be the cheapest on the web, however with our large levels of stock, great customer service, our customers will get 'what they want for the right price and when they want it'. We would hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from Impressive Time, however if you are not, you have 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the day after delivery, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 to decide whether you need to return your item. If a return is required a notification through a durable medium is required ie e-mail, fax or letter. Telephone calls are not a durable medium, therefore we cannot arrange a return request in this manner. We will issue a returns reference once a request is made which needs to be sent with your item with your name and address and order number quoted and reason fro return. Goods must not be altered nor links removed from watches and all packaging and warranty’s to be included, Customers must take reasonable care of all items sold. We would ask you to return the goods to us by either Royal Mail 'Signed For' or Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' (at your cost) as we cannot be held responsible for any items going missing in the post. We would expect all return items be received by us within 21 working days of a return request. A refund will be issued within 30 days from cancellation. Faulty items will not incur return charges, they will be refunded once the item is tried and tested and found to be faulty. We will either repair faulty items or arrange for a new item to be sent within a reasonable period of time. (i.e. links removed on a watch) along with all packaging and warranty booklets.

Secure Payment
Impressive Time's web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your credit/debit card details. Our payment gateway Protx has approved our bank to facilitate internet transactions on our behalf. All the information passed from the payment page is encrypted. The information is then effectively taken off the Internet and passed to the bank on a private link. The information passed at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process. Payments can also be made using your Paypal account.
Guarantee
All product items come with a full manufacturers guarantee/warranty, which are stamped and dated by Impressive Time. This guarantee will be honoured by Impressive Time or through mail order on production of the sale receipt. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights. Areas that are not covered under guarantee are: battery failure, damaged incurred by customer.
