Refund Policy

We would hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from Impressive Time; however if you are not we offer you 30 days to change your mind on any watch purchased from the day after delivery.

To qualify for a refund the watch must be unworn, in a brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and any extras (CD-ROMs etc.). When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund. Your money will be refunded in full within 30 days. If a return is required please contact us via email and we will issue you with a returns reference; this needs to be sent with your item and your name, address and order number quoted. You should return it to us using Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery, this way the delivery is insured.

Returns Policy

We would hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from Impressive Time, however if you are not, you will have 14 days from date of receipt to return the product to us for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. We would ask you to return the goods to us by either Royal Mail 'Signed For' or Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' (at your cost) as we cannot be held responsible for any items going missing in the post. A refund will be issued within 10 days of us receiving the product as long as the returned item is in pristine condition, unworn, not altered (i.e. links removed on a watch) along with all packaging and warranty booklets. Please email info@impressivetime.com before you return a product item so that we can issue a (G.R.N) goods returns number. Any product items returned without a pre-authorised returns number will not be accepted.

In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days from receipt of goods.
