Statement of Intent

From time to time, you will be asked to submit information about yourself (i.e., name and email address) in order to receive or use our services. Such services include newsletters and emails. By giving your details you enable Impressive Time and our service providers to provide you with the services you choose. Whenever you provide this personal information, we will treat that information in line with this policy. Our services are designed to give you the information that you request.

Visitors

During the course of any visit to www.impressivetime.com, the pages you see, along with a cookie, are downloaded to your computer. Most, if not all websites do this. Cookies allow the website publisher to do things like find out whether the computer and user have visited the site before. Any information that is supplied by cookies can help us to give you a better service. Cookies and the embedded code provide non-personal statistical information about visits to pages on the site. Impressive Time uses this type of information, as with that obtained from other cookies used on the site to improve the services to it visitors.

We will collect the information fairly and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. Any information you provide to Impressive Time will only be used within Impressive Time, it will never be supplied to anyone outside Impressive Time without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary and for the purpose for which you have given it to us. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Access to Personal Information

You have the right to request a copy of all personal information Impressive Time holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Please address requests to our Head Office via email.

Users under the age of 16

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission before providing your personal information to the Impressive Time website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with their details.

Secure Payments

Impressive Time's web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your credit/debit card details. Our payment gateway SagePay has approved our bank to facilitate internet transactions on our behalf. All the information passed from the payment page is encrypted. The information is then effectively taken off the Internet and passed to the bank on a private link. The information passed at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process. Payments can also be made using your Paypal or Google checkout account.
